    We send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) only when the content is directly related to senior housing or senior service topics that align with the recipient’s role or organization.

  • Every CEM is sent on the basis of either
  • express consent – you actively opted in, or
  • implied consent – your business email is publicly available without a “do not contact” notice, or we have an existing business relationship.
  • Clear identification

    Each CEM plainly states our legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email contact information.

  • Easy unsubscribe

    We always include a no‑cost, one‑click unsubscribe link (or equally simple instructions).

    All opt‑out requests are honored within ten business days.

  • Responding to Consumer Inquiries

    If a consumer emails us for information, we use that address only to respond to the inquiry and any directly related follow‑up. Such replies are exempt from CASL because they answer a request, inquiry, or complaint. We will not add the consumer to marketing lists unless they later provide express consent.

  • Correcting Errors

    We strive to keep our contact lists accurate. If you receive an unwanted message because our data was outdated or incorrect, please accept our apologies and let us know so we can fix the issue promptly.
